I got this 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target blouse awhile back and just never really liked the high neckline on me because I like to always wear necklaces. I decided to ditch the necklace for today to finally wear this beaded menswear-inspired blouse. I chose to pair it with leggings to make it a little more feminine than say, pairing it with something like a straight-leg trouser. I only approve of leggings when your shirt is long enough to cover everything. I also like leggings best when they're worn with a high boot, hence my suede and leather riding boots.
